General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the bdwim platform and all related services. bdwim is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh.

These Terms form a legal agreement between you ("user" or "member") and bdwim ("we", "our", or "platform"). By accessing our website or mobile platform, creating an account, or using any service, you are accepting these Terms.

Eligibility & Account Registration

To open an account and use services on bdwim, the following eligibility requirements must be met.

2.1 Age Requirement

We reserve the right to verify your age and identity at the time of registration. If necessary, we may request a government-issued ID or other documents. Providing a false age will result in account cancellation and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person will be considered misuse of the bonus system and all associated accounts will be cancelled.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

At the time of registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Your full correct name
• A valid email address
• An active mobile number
• Correct date of birth
• Preferred payment method details

Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate account cancellation and all earnings may be forfeited.

2.4 Account Security

You are fully responsible for ensuring the security of your account. You must:

• Use a strong password and change it regularly
• Refrain from sharing your login details with any third party
• Immediately notify bdwim if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account.

Bonuses & Promotions

bdwim offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. These offers have specific terms, which are described in detail below.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

Each bonus comes with a wagering requirement. For the welcome bonus, the wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳12,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the deposit amount.

3.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are applicable for use on the bdwim platform only
• Each bonus has a specific validity period; the bonus will be cancelled upon expiry
• Having multiple bonuses active at the same time is subject to bdwim's discretionary approval
• If bonus misuse is detected, bdwim reserves the right to cancel the bonus and close the account
• bdwim reserves the right to change or discontinue any promotion

bdwim's VIP program has four tiers offering increasing benefits:

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following payment methods are available for depositing funds on bdwim: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for all methods)
• No hidden fees apply to deposits
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name
• Deposits made on behalf of a third party or through a third party's account are not accepted

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification is not completed
• bdwim reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals if there is suspicious activity on the account

4.3 Payment Verification

For large withdrawal amounts, bdwim may request additional identity verification information. This is part of our security protocol and is done to protect your funds.

Betting Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to both sports betting and casino gaming on bdwim:

• Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be cancelled, except in the case of a technical error
• In the event of a technical issue with bdwim's betting system or game engine, bdwim reserves the right to void the bet and refund the amount
• bdwim's server logs will be considered the final evidence in determining game results
• Any attempt to exploit a technical error will result in the cancellation of the related winnings

5.2 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers betting on cricket (including T20, ICC tournaments, BPL, IPL), football (including FIFA events), kabaddi, and other popular sports. Betting markets and odds may change.

5.3 Casino Gaming

bdwim's casino section features slot games, live casino, fishing games, and many other types of games. Each game has its own rules, which are described in the game's interface.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdwim platform:

• Opening an account using a false identity

• Attempting to hack accounts or gaining unauthorized access to another person's account

• Immediate account cancellation
• Forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings earned

Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Closure by bdwim

bdwim may close or suspend an account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Providing false information
• Suspicion of money laundering
• Operating multiple accounts
• Being identified as an underage user

9.2 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time. Before closing your account, make sure that all your available balance has been withdrawn and there are no active bets.

Service Changes

bdwim reserves the right to make the following changes at any time without prior notice:

• Adding new games or game categories, or removing existing games
• Changing service features or functionality
• Temporarily suspending the service for maintenance
• Changing the pricing structure or bonus programs

The platform may be temporarily unavailable during system maintenance. bdwim does not provide any compensation for this period.

Limitation of Liability

The bdwim platform is provided on an "as is" basis. bdwim is not liable for the following:

• Disruption to games or bets due to internet connection issues
• Damage caused by problems with your device or software
• Delays or failures due to third-party services (payment gateways, ISPs)
• Service interruption due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, bdwim is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages.
